A customer service representative will be available during regular business hours, 8–5 p.m. Storage units are accessible after hours, 6-11 p.m. 24-hour access is not available.

We have 224 units at Green Space Storage. Available sizes are measured in ft, including 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x25 and 12x30.

Customers can pay monthly or pay for a period of time in advance. We do charge a late fee of $25.00.

Customers can manage their accounts and update billing information through our online portal.

Yes, we have 25 digital video surveillance cameras to ensure the security and safety of your belongings.

Yes, we have a 30-day minimum rental period, and you must provide a 30-day notice before moving out/canceling your storage unit.

Storage Rental Process

Go to our online booking page, link at the top of our website, and select "About Us." Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "Rent A Unit." Browse the storage unit map at the top of the page, scroll to the bottom of the page under "Rent Storage" to see what is available, select by unit size, click "Rent Now or Reserve Now for Free!" use the drop-down under "Select Unit" for availability and the location of the unit will show if available. Scroll to the top of the page for the unit location after selection. Complete your new Account information page. Follow the steps to complete the payment processing and sign a rental agreement.

If you want your personal property covered, you must supply your own insurance coverage. Most Homeowners' or Renters' Insurance policies cover personal property within a storage unit, although this is subject to a 'sub-limit' that varies based on location. Items stored are protected against various perils—just as they would be at home—including fire, theft, vandalism, and specific kinds of water damage. You will want to verify your coverage and limits with your insurance agent for proper coverage.

Customers must sign up and come in during regular business hours the first time. You may reserve a unit online for up to 3 days.

No, we do not provide or sell boxes, tape, or bubble wrap. However, locks are available for purchase.
